With your legs straight, raise them up off the ground, 45-degree angle.
Open your legs and then close them.
Lower them to 6 inches above the ground and then repeat.
At first you will not be able to do alot of them but build more every time you do them. You will be able to see and feel the difference in the first week.

Open your legs and then close them. Lower them to 6 inches above the ground and then repeat.
