How to make sardine fritters

Sardine fritters
2 tin sardine
3 eggs
1 stark escallion
1 small onion
1 small pepper
2 medium tomatoes
pinch of salt to taste
2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 pint vegetable oil

Preparation:
1. Open  sardines and pour into dish and crush fine
2. Break eggs in dish with crushed sardines
3. Chop escallion, onion, tomatoes and hot pepper in tiny pieces and add.
4. Add salt and black pepper
5. Combine into mixture until smooth
6. Hot frying pot with oil for 4 minutes
7. Apply mixture to fry pot, allow each side to fry for 3 minutes on mid flames
 Served hot.
Serve with lettuce slices and bread to make sandwich
